Councillor Peter Grogan serves as a Conservative representative for Kirkleatham Ward on the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council. These kits, which contain vital medical supplies, were inspired by his previous experience as a doorman and a drive to protect the local community, particularly after a violent incident near where his son plays football.
