Councillor Niall Hargreaves is a Conservative member of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, representing the Wheatlands Ward. He is deeply committed to serving the community, with a focus on economic development, improving local amenities, and creating a safe environment for residents. Cllr Hargreaves has also played a key role in opposing controversial local housing developments, such as the Silverdale project between Redcar and Marske.
He serves on multiple committees, including the Children & Families Scrutiny & Improvement Committee and the Climate & Environment Scrutiny & Improvement Committee​.
